All FLEX Hat Co. products are custom made to order. Because of this, orders require up to 2 weeks for production before shipping.

Processing Time
Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be completed prior to shipment. Production time may vary slightly depending on order volume and design complexity.

Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and carrier transit times.

Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
