Return & Store Credit Policy

Custom Made-to-Order Items
All FLEX Hat Co. products are custom made to order. Because of this, all sales are final and refunds to the original payment method are not offered.

Store Credit Only
In the event that an order qualifies for a return or issue resolution, approved refunds will be issued as store credit only. Store credit may be used toward a future purchase and does not expire.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, store credit will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom products, worn items, and items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return or store credit.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Store credit may be used to place a new order.
